Make a practical improvement to the way the team works

We are preparing a focused improvement for a small team and need someone who can improve a working process for a small team. The first stage will confirm the current constraints and agree the deliverables. The finished work should be usable without a long follow-up engagement. Documentation, test evidence and a short review of open risks form part of the handover.
