Reduce Rework in Our Monthly Cost Forecast

Our project leads currently update cost forecasts in separate files, which means the finance team spends too much time comparing versions and chasing missing assumptions. We need a phased plan that reduces that rework while keeping the forecast easy for non-finance managers to understand. The first phase should map the current handoffs, define one checked input process, and show how the monthly review will change; later phases can implement the agreed templates and controls. We expect proposals in the €600–€800 range, with clear milestones and measures for reduced correction time.
