Keep Our Event Website and Campaign Assets Consistent

The website and social assets for our event programme are updated by different people, so a change to an event often appears in one place before the others. We need a web specialist who can support the existing site, tidy the reusable visual components and help our small team publish consistent updates. The scope includes a review of the current page layouts, fixes for the most common publishing problems, and editable templates for event cards, email headers and social posts. The existing visual character should remain intact while the system becomes easier to use on a busy launch day. This is a hands-on support role alongside our internal coordinator. Routine changes should be documented clearly, while larger redesign work can be proposed and scoped separately. We are open to an hourly or scoped arrangement.
