Produce a practical technical coordination package for our team

Prepare a practical design and coordination package is the next piece of work for our team. We have an existing setup and a named person who can explain the context. The work should fit the tools we already use, address the most important problem first and leave practical notes for future updates. We value clear assumptions, steady progress and a result that can be checked before sign-off.
