Reduce repeated work in the current process

We are preparing a focused improvement for a small team and need someone who can improve an assistant and the human review around it. The first stage will confirm the current constraints and agree the deliverables. The finished work should be usable without a long follow-up engagement. Documentation, test evidence and a short review of open risks form part of the handover.
